Registration fees include:

  • If you register before January 20, 2019, your logo will be included on the second and the third paper invitations.
  • Entrance to the conference and exhibition rooms, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner.
  • One booth in the conference exhibition room;
  • Five minutes oral presentation during the conference first session;
  • Company name and logo associated with one Oral Session;
  • Logo published on the conference web site and in the conference proceedings;
  • Participants data listing transmitted in a EXCEL file at the end of the conference;
  • Full page advertisement included in the conference proceedings;
  • BUT is not included transport to the conference.
What means Exhibition booth ?
  • A (2m x 3m) area.
  • One table (0,75m x 1,5m), 2 chairs.
  • Electric plugs.
  • 1 or 2 poster boards (2m H x 1m W, on request).

Shipping - Mounting
  • Please note that HÔTEL OMNI MONT-ROYAL can accept shipments from Thursday April 17, 2018.
  • Material delivery and loading dock:
    Please identify all your boxes as indicated hereafter, in addition to advising HÔTEL OMNI MONT-ROYAL of the total number of boxes shipped along with the day of delivery:

  • Any shipping coming from outside Canada requires the service of a custom broker.
  • Our loading dock is located behind the hotel and the opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm. After hours and on the weekend, please use the intercom located outside the loading dock in order to contact our security staff. Material and boxes can not be sent in advance unless organized with your convention service manager, and must be return at the end of your event. The maximum length of a truck must be 23 feet. The height of the landing quay is 18 feet.
  • Stand installation will be possible from noon on Monday May 21st.
