Scholarships and group participation

The BRG encourages group participations. Upon full registration of one senior researcher and at least two students, a reduction may be applied to the student registration fees. At least, two of the team members must be presenting a contribution. After registration, contact us through the contact page to get the discount application.

BRG has a strong politic of supporting excellence and exchange between teams.
Scientific committee will offer travel grants/scholarships to the best and innovative contributors. Grants/scholarships may be given to graduate student researchers (and exceptionally to researchers from emerging countries).

To be considered for a grant/scholarship, the applicant must have submitted at least one contribution in the correct format by the deadline date. The grant/scholarship will normally consist of free registration.
No answer will be provided regarding financial support attribution.

Registration class & participation fees

Participation fees include:

  • Free parking, entrance to the conference and exhibition rooms, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, Monday cocktail and Tuesday dinner.
  • BUT is not included transport to the conference.

    • Credit Card (Best solution)
    • Bank Transfer (Click on Invoice to get detailed instructions)

Get an invoice :

  • While logged in, your invoice is available by selecting the submenu Invoice under REGISTRATION.
  • If needed, you may edit the address and include your own reference.
  • Printable acquitted invoice will be available once payment has been recorded on the UFRO bank account.
  • Acquitted invoices will be provided on site to each participant at the registration desk.

Invitation letter
  • Invitation letter will be sent only to registered participants.
  • Original invitation letter will be sent upon request but you may print one directly from the web site.
  • Note that the invitation letter will be sent to the address given in your registration form.
  • The invitation letter specifies that you have been registered, if you paid your participation fees, if you submitted a contribution, and if you have got a grant.
  • No responsibility is endorsed by the organizers regarding your travel and accommodation expenses. You may be asked to provide a written proof of travel ticket purchase and hotel reservation.
  • No special format letter is provided.

How to get an Invitation letter

  • While logged in, select submenu Invitation letter. Select to print directly the invitation letter or, but only if indispensable, request an original.
