  • First author must correspond to the participant who proposes the contribution and presents the oral or the poster.
    Only the first author may submit the contribution.
  • Please respect Title and Authors list format: maximum 80 characters. Longer title and/or authors lists will be cut after 90 characters.
  • Selection for oral or poster presentation will be done by the scientific committee, and based on the quality and originality of the contribution.
  • Selection of orals will be published 25-06-2016.
  • Any poster contribution is accepted, until the subject fits with the conference topics.
  • BE AWARE that if your full text is not accepted in time, your contribution may be cancelled.

Instructions for oral and poster presentation


  • Oral presentations last for 20 minutes, including questions.
  • Presentation slides must be uploaded on the conference room computer before the corresponding session.
  • For more detailed information, please read author's recommendations.


  • Posters will stay shown during all the duration of the conference.
  • You must print your poster in the format maximum 1 m x 1.5 m.
  • Your picture must be included in the right-upper corner of your poster.

Best oral or poster student contributions

  • The ten best students contributions (oral or posters) will be attributed a prize.
  • Select Award for detailed information

  • The participant must still be present during the award ceremony.
