How does the BtoB meetings program work ?

Once your payment has been recorded in the BRG bank account, you will have access to the Meet-me interface.

  1. Log in using your lastname and password.
  2. Select the option "Your profile" in the left column.
  3. Carefully fill the form; this step is very important as your profile will be consulted by other attendees who wish to make their own selection. You may come back any time to update your profile.
  4. Once your payment has been recorded in the BRG bank account, you get access to the option "Your selections", and may select the participants you wish to meet. If needed, you may get a readable printed list of the participant profiles. You may select up to 12 persons, and organize their names in descending order of importance. You may return any time to modify your selection.
  5. The day before the meeting, we will collect all the data, run the Meet-me program, a powerful tool optimizing the BtoB meetings organization. We usually succeed to meet 100% of the requests. Individual schedules will be printed and distributed at the registration desk.
  6. During the meeting, you may still come to the front desk and ask for additional new appointments.
How to make your selection ?
  • Your selection will not be visible by the other participants.
  • Participants are classified by affiliation.
  • Click on one participant's name to view his/her profile.
  • The list on the left contains all registered participants. REMIND: you may print and/or consult the profile list.
  • The list on the right contains your own selection.
  • The middle column contains buttons to build your selection, in your order of preference: Insert, Remove, and Move the names of the participants you wish to meet.
  • IMPORTANT: do not forget to save your selection before you leave this window.
