Registration class & participation fees

To register select New registration, fill the form and submit it.

Participation fees include:

  • Entrance to the conference and exhibition rooms, one to one meetings, proceedings, coffee breaks, meals, convention dinner
  • BUT are not included accommodation and transport to the convention.

By selecting Get banner and invitation, you will get access to material for advertising the convention.
For each industrial, unknown in the BRG address book, and confirmed participant who indicates your name as contact on his registration form, we will reduce your registration fees of 500 €.

* Small company : small/start-up companies counting less than 30 employees, and not incorporated in a larger company.

** Researcher : means working in academic university or public organization public research center, not in the industry.

*** Registration as Exhibitor includes registration fees for the first staff member. Any additional person has to register as Exhibitor2. See Exhibitor's information for complete information

Companions are admitted only to the convention dinner (100 € to be paid in cash at the registration desk).

How to pay ?
  • While logged in, select the submenu Status & payment under REGISTRATION
  • You may pay by:
    • Credit Card
    • Bank Transfer or Check drawn on a French Bank (Click on Invoice to get detailed instructions)

invoice :

  • While logged in, your invoice is available by selecting the submenu Invoice under REGISTRATION.
  • If needed, you may edit the address and include your own reference.
  • Printable acquitted invoice will be available once payment has been recorded on the BRG bank account.
  • Acquitted invoices will be provided on site to each participant at the registration desk.

Invitation letter
  • Invitation letter will be sent only to registered participants.
  • Original invitation letter will be sent upon request but you may print one directly from the web site.
  • Note that the invitation letter will be sent to the address given in your registration form.
  • The invitation letter specifies that you have been registered, if you paid your participation fees, if you submitted a contribution, and if you have got a grant.
  • No responsibility is endorsed by the organizers regarding your travel and accommodation expenses. You may be asked to provide a written proof of travel ticket purchase and hotel reservation.
  • No special format letter is provided.

How to get an Invitation letter

  • While log in, Select submenu invitation letter. Select to print directly the invitation letter or, but only if indispensable, request an original.
